Every year, for the past three years, the sister companies Liberty mutual and Safeco award agencies who have been making strides in becoming more digitalized. That award is called the Agent For the Future Award. Agencies who show true innovation in not just going digital but show potential in becoming a leader in that regard. There are five points that the contestants needed to show promise in to be considered for the award. Those five points are: Digital was essential well before the pandemic hit, Remote work brings opportunities, Digital marketing is increasingly important, Communication and service through any (and every) channel and Constant evolution.
In the year 2020, We won!! We have been given the Emerging Leader Award! This award is given to those who have put most of their effort in creating a more digitalized work environment and to who have shown the most potential in becoming the leader in those who do. In this case, we have done just that and more: We are the first Agency to win this award in the first year of business, the first in Utah EVER to win this award, Majda Baltic is the first female to ever win, & she is the first Insurance Agent under the age of 35 to win this award. We are very grateful to Liberty Mutual and Safeco for giving us this award and we are excited for what the future has in store for us. 2021 is going to be great!
